DEIN SPIEL IM SPOTLIGHT

Zalando celebrates the identity-shaping power of sport by spotlighting local football communities across Germany. The campaign launched with a series of pop-up events in Berlin, Munich, and Frankfurt, bringing together players, fans, and local clubs for a community-led tournament experience.

I led the design end-to-end, spanning campaign assets, event and spatial design, as well as gifting, merchandise, and giveaway items, ensuring a cohesive and unified visual system across every touchpoint.

At the heart of the project was the creation of culturally credible merchandise, most notably a football scarf and a set of customisable patches, drawing directly from the visual language and traditions of football culture.

In collaboration with illustrator Igor Lorok, we developed a series of playful, character-driven graphics that added authenticity to the project.
