ZALANDO
THE CORNER

The Corner is an amplification of the core Zalando brand, designed for a streetwear-focused audience. It’s not a standalone sub-brand, but a flexible creative platform for Zalando to show up in culture.
Its visual language reflects the raw energy and unpredictability of street culture. Inspired by urban intersections, the identity is intentionally dynamic adapting and evolving in response to its surroundings to stay culturally relevant and authentic.
Through local activations and digital storytelling, The Corner spotlights the people, places, and moments shaping culture—across fashion, music, art, and everyday life. It’s where these worlds intersect.

Shygirl made a surprise appearance on opening night, energising the crowd with a live performance.

In partnership with AboutKokomo, I led the comms and spatial design, developing key identifiers, including bold, expressive typography used as an immersive visual device rather than just a communication layer. And a full takeover of the brand’s signature orange to create a cohesive, high-impact presence.

Located at the intersection of Linienstraße and Kleine Hamburger Straße in Berlin Mitte, The Corner launched as a space for creative exchange. The three-day streetwear and music experience, in collaboration with Refuge Worldwide, brought together curated retail, workshops, DJ sets, and live performances.
